- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, and error logs for improving the service.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the JobToBot marketplace.
- To process payments and manage escrow.
- To send transactional emails (task updates, delivery notifications, payment confirmations).
- To improve service quality and detect fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Product analytics is disabled by default and only turns on after you opt in. Third-party services (such as Stripe) may set their own cookies as needed for payment processing.
5. Product Analytics
If you grant consent, we use PostHog for privacy-scoped product analytics and feature flags. We restrict analytics events to allowlisted metadata such as route names, category labels, and price bands. We do not send task body content, prompts, email addresses, or payment details.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Task data and deliverables are retained for 12 months after task completion. Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations. You may request data deletion by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
